A COPY OF OUR ON SITE REQUIREMENTS MUST BE ISSUED TO THE SITE MANAGER PRIOR TO OUR COMMENCEMENT ON SITE. FAILURE TO PROVIDE ADEQUATE ATTENDANCE MAY CAUSE DELAY AND ADDITIONAL COSTS.

These Terms and Conditions form part of a counter-offer and take precedence over any Main Contractor Terms and Conditions as described in any enquiry documents unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

Site Requirements

1. Access to the site for a 25/30 ton mobile crane (depending on reach)

2. Access to the site for delivery by Articulated Wagon. 40 foot trailer.

3. Hardstanding for temporary storage of panels within 5m of final position.

4. DPC and wallplates fixed by others with tolerance of +/- 5mm.

5. Holding down straps and/or bolts to Engineers Requirements supplied and fixed by
others.

6. External Health & Safety free-standing fully boarded Scaffold access to all
Floors, Eaves and Verges. Safe access to ALL edges of all panels will be required.

7. Health & Safety free-standing fully boarded Scaffold table lifts to external and
internal Gables where required including access to locate Beams.

8. Power. 10kvA required for insulation on site.

9. Provision of a Waste Skip.

Terms of Payment. All prices are subject to vat.

1. A proforma invoice of 25% of the contract sum to be paid on placement of order to
cover initial design work and order of materials from Sweden .

2. A proforma invoice of 25 % of the contract sum to be paid prior to manufacture of
panels on delivery of materials to our factory.

3. Payment of 25% of the contract sum due, prior to delivery to site.

4. Balance of contract sum to be paid within 28days of erection.

5. All goods remain the property of Eden Frame until payment is received in full.

6. Any defects or dimensional errors must be notified within 7-days of erection in
writing.

Notification and Terms. (all times are subject to manufacturing availability)

1. Allow a minimum (8) weeks from receipt of order to commencement on site.

2. Allow a minimum of (4) weeks from placement of order to design finalisation.

3. Allow a minimum of (3) weeks for manufacture.

All times are relative to the size and scope of the individual project.

4. Any panel amendments after panel manufacture which require a total panel
replacement will be at the cost of the original + 30%. + any transport costs
incurred.

5. Allow for (5) consecutive days on-site for erection..

6. It remains the responsibility of the client/contractor to protect panels from
inclement weather once erected. It is imperative that the Warmcel is kept dry
to avoid settlement. All panels will be sheathed externally in a waterproof breather
membrane.

7. Day-work rates are £26.00 per hour on site plus travel and £22.00 per hour factory.

8. All estimates are subject to change until full structural design has been completed.

9. All quotations are open for 30 Days only.

10. Delays to delivery will be charged at £300 per week for storage and protection of
manufactured panels. Applicable after 2 weeks delay. Delay charges will be
back- dated to the original contract delivery date.
