Budget Costing:
The Masonite system when including structure and insulation to floors, walls and the roof may cost up to 35% of the total build cost. These elements would form approx. 20 – 25% of the total costs in traditional construction. An increase should therefore be anticipated in costs but also a greater increase in the thermal performance of the building, leading to lower running costs and increased comfort.
Eden Frame are able to indicate Masonite Budget Costs for your project.
A full costing of all other elements should be made in order to arrive at your total build cost.
Form of Contract:
Eden Frame operate utilising their own General Terms and Conditions which outline all the relevant aspects of programme, payments and construction.
It is important that a form of contract exists defining the agreement over costs, payments and programming.
Any contract must have a lead in time of at least 8 weeks to allow design and manufacture to take place.
JCT contracts may be accommodated where they are not in conflict our General Terms and Conditions.
