Floor cassettes can be manufactured in the factory up to 12m in length with a width restriction to 2.4m. They can be provided pre-insulated if required and provide an immediate working platform for all trades. Service ducts may be designed into the floor panels if required.

Construction Examples:
- Erection of a 11m first floor panel at Prickwillow Cambridgeshire. Erection was completed in 5 days.
- Ground Floor Cassettes being located at Prickwillow within the first hour of arriving on site. These cassettes were pre-insulated, complete with service ducts and lifting eyes.
- Scaffold to Prickwillow erected prior to arrival. Always a good omen when arriving on site.
